I drew a bespoke map for each city including its main landmarks, and then created a set of universal assets that would be used across all the maps. The assets consisted of a set of caption bubbles, arrows and icons along with a selection of tiny people and objects doing funny things. The maps were printed on newsprint, which meant we carefully picked the colours from UBS’ corporate palette to fit.
